Registration
The registration will open on Monday 16 April and close on Sunday 1 July. Please note that late registrations and/or payments (after 1 June) are subject to higher fees. In order to register please complete the online registration form.

Regular fee
€250 (1040 PLN) registration before 1 June
€275 (1150 PLN) late registration (after 1 June )
The conference fee covers conference materials, refreshments at coffee breaks, buffet lunches, the welcome cocktail on Wednesday evening and the conference dinner on Friday evening.
Students
€125 (520 PLN) registration before 1 June
€140 (580 PLN) late registration (after 1 June )
The conference fee covers conference materials, refreshments at coffee breaks, buffet lunches, and the welcome cocktail on Wednesday evening. The Conference Dinner will take place on Friday for which an additional charge of €40 (170 PLN) is payable. A copy of a student ID is required.

One workshop
€40 (170 PLN), students €30 (130 PLN) registration before 1 June
€50 (210 PLN), students €40 (170 PLN) late registration (after 1 June )
Two workshops
€60 (250 PLN), students €50 (210 PLN) registration before 1 June
€80 (340 PLN), students €70 (290 PLN) late registration (after 1 June )
To be paid by participants wishing to attend one or two workshops. The fee covers workshop materials, refreshments at coffee breaks and a buffet lunch.
Conference Dinner
€40 EUR (170 PLN)
To be paid by students and/or accompanying persons.

Failure to provide the above information may lead to an irrecoverable loss of your payment! We regret we cannot accept credit card payments.
